Description of initiative
PEOPLE is where the Wisconsin Idea Happens! The program offers support services and advising at the pre-college and college levels, providing a path to and through college for students' of color and economically disadvantaged. Including a four year tution scholarship if program participants are admitted to the University of Wisconsin -Madison. The pre-college unit serves approximately 850 students. To date over 1000 students have enrolled in UW-Madison on the PEOPLE tuition schoalrship.
Registered Student Organizations (RSO) are groups or associations that are operated by students at UW-Madison who are registered with the Center for Leadership and Involvement
